McDonald's Sunday Brunch?

Alright, so upon my last visit to Buffalo, I drove by a Mickey D's with a sign in the parking lot advertising a Sunday Brunch. As far as I know, none of the McDonald's up here have such a thing. Is this a regular thing in American McDonald's? Do they serve anything different?

Hey, there's a McDonald's in West Jefferson, Ohio that serves breakfasts on real china with actual metal forks, spoons and knives. Plus, they serve their coffee in china cups with saucers. I discovered this some years ago when my grandson was wrestling. After an early-morning weigh-in for a tournament we went looking for some breakfast for him and the only place around that was open was this McDonald's.
