Whats the difference between air and water cooled ice machine?

    Pretty much the same as car engines. When I put my machine in it went in an area that was not air conditioned, so water cooled was the recommended unit.

      you'd do well to check the water rates in your locale. water's not free any more; it's not even cheap. and up in New Hampshire i'd guess the average ambient temp isn't so high that air-cooling is a problem.
