"america's 100 best sandwiches" book

This month's Gourmet mag has a recipe "adapted from America's 100 Best Sandwiches" by Jane and Michael Stern.
Its not mentioned on this site or available on Amazon.com. A google search only brings up the[url='http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/232627']Gourmet recipe[/url].
Anyone know anything about this?

I have one of Jane and Michael Stern's cookbooks "The Old Post Office Restaurant". Their publisher is Rutledge Hill Press out of Nashville. The company has a web site rutledgehillpress.com. Hope that helps!

"America's 100 Best Sandwiches" hasn't yet been published. In fact, we are just finishing up the manuscript, so it should be out this fall. The publisher will be Houghton-Mifflin. So glad you asked!

New title, new release date:
"Roadfood Sandwiches" will be published in Spring, 2007, by Houghton-Mifflin.

I am so looking forward to this book but I know that I will NOT be making the Elvis Presley sandwich.
