Greek Vlita (amaranth)

When I was younger I spent my summers in greece and among my favorite dishes was vlita me keftethes(meatballs) and skordalia. Does anyone know where i could get some vlita(amaranth). I am in Philadelphia. Michael

Mike333 You could stop in at my house I just made keftethis and home cut french fries, fried in oilve oil and lemon rice soup.(I am not greek so I dont know how to spell the soupa) My hubbie is Greek Margaret
