Deep Fried Oreo cookies

Man these are the goods! Very easy to make.
Prepare some pancake batter but make it just a little on the thin side, not to thin though!
Dip the cookie in and turn to coat well and fry it in some canola oil. turn over in the oil to brown both sides.
take out and place on paper towel to drain.
sprinkle with powder sugar and serve.
You can't let them get cold, they will turn yucky then.
