What is the sauce used in most chinese restaurant when you get Moo Goo Gai Pan? Call me dumb, but I want to try to make it at home....And I want it to taste like I got take out.  ...

Thanks, I had given up hope.. but someone also posted some chinese recipe links on another thread, and managed to catch that also. I will book mark this one!
