To promote or to improve?
Since summer, Burger King has been running a customer comment deal. If you call the 800 number on your reciept and take a short survey, you are given a code number to write on your reciept. You can then turn it in for a free Whopper, if you buy a fries and a drink. There are coupons out there that give a free burger on the same terms without the survey.
Do you think that they care about the survey, or just want you to use the coupon and come back? They do say that you can only take the survey once a month. What do you think?
