I was lucky enough to get a new Cuisinart Panini press for Christmas this year, and I was looking for some good sandwich ideas. I am making a Cuban tonight for dinner, but I am sure you all have some other suggestions! thanks!

I actually just received a panini press as well! So far my favorites are fresh tomato, mozarella and basil on italian bread brushed with olive oil. Also turkey with sundried tomatoes, pesto and fontina cheese. The possibilities are endless!! Even plain grilled cheese is amazing

I've used my foreman grill for the same purpose.

Can't go wrong with grilled cheese... Here's some ideas for you from Chedd's in Denver. http://www.chedds.com/ We did this recently when the Winter chill set in. Get some tasty soup to go along with it... Costco has some special variety packs of cheese...
