Fraud of any type is intolerable and deserves the maximum penalty of law. Sadly here in Rhode Island the perception is "fraud is ok" if it only hurts the insurance company and sadly this "belief" goes all the way up to our state government and judicial system. One of the few things about Rhode Island I don't like.
