Roadfood in Italy Sat, 06/7/03 9:30 AM (permalink)
Hi all,

We will be in Florence and Bologna for 10 days in September. We will have a car. We plan on going to Parma (the ham and cheese capital of the world). Any places to eat that we should not miss? I really want to pretend I am Italian the whole time, so "down home" places Italians frequent would be perfect for our stomachs. Any recs?

Thanks!
