Where can you find great pies in Louisiana?

 I am doing research on places in Louisiana to find great pies. I especially want the "roadfood" type places, "mom and pop" diners that make their very own pies from scratch. I plan to spend the month of July visiting these places. I've been told that Lea's in Lacompte, Louisiana is a "must try". I welcome any suggestions! Thanks very much, Cheryl
