Egg Sandwiches

My new favorite at work is (and it might sound gross but it is sooo yummy!!) scrambled eggs, 2 slices of cheese, and either pork roll or sausage in 2 slices of french toast! We call it the French Toasted Breakfast Sandwich. And of course you have to put syrup on it, not ketchup!!!

I agree...............it sounds gross

Hey, dont knock it till you try it!!! I am one of the pickiest eaters out there and Love it!!! Just try it once!

My first choice , which is a bit out of the ordinary but very tasty... a fried egg on a well toasted everything bagel with a scmear of scallion cream cheese and sausage patty.

Or two over medium eggs placed on a buttered poppy seed roll which has been toasted on the flat grill with some good semi-crisp bacon slices is also hard to resist.

I know it's on another thread, but my real favorite egg sandwich is actually a very basic egg salad: Hellman's, dry mustard, and a touch of pickle relish, sweet or tart.
