I am a chile verde lover & just discovered maybe the best chile verde burro ever. Crazy Coyote Taco stand 13033 Fields Rd. in Cabazon near Banning, CA. Right off "the" 10 (interstate), Cabazon exit. So if you're headed to Palm Springs check it out! YUM!
