Navy GC memo--definitely OT but not lighter

http://www.newyorker.com/images/pdfs/moramemo.pdf I'm posting this because I think every American should read it. As a 26 year Navy veteran, it turned my stomach but made me proud of my own branch of service. In hopes of keeping the controversy to a minimum, I won't comment further now.
