Every so often, there is a date under someone's name in the forums.  ... this is just a random example. What does is mean ???

I honestly don't know. I had one beside my name and it disappeared without notice. I think it has something to do with the Roadfood Insider stuff, but you'll have to ask Stephen about that part.
