Just got back from Varakei, the new Cirque du Soleil show that premiered in Portland two days ago. It was the usual blend of high quality circus acts, diverting music and dance, and great comedy. I have seen five shows and have enjoyed all of them. I was wondering if anyone besides me is a fan and/or I would like to know what other folks think.

I was in Las Vegas for the NHRA races and I saw the show. It was very good and expensive.

I enjoyed the music, colors and their precision.

Once was enough for me though.

One of my sister's saw Ka, the new show, in Vegas just last week. She loved it. I saw Alegria, when they had it on the road, in Denver, a couple of years ago. That and Quiddam are my favorites.

I have seen , Mystre' at Treasure Island in Las Vegas and La Nouba in Orlando both were excellent. We are thinking of going to NYC in April to see Corteo. I did however like Mystre' more but both were well worth the price of admission. My son 14 at the time did not enjoy the show at Orlando, but he was 14 at the time.

We have attended several of these in ATL and watched on TV most of them and I saw for the first time in Vegas at Treasure Island two weeks ago - one of the acrobats actually "missed" and landed in the net. Until then, I have never seen a "mistake" made by one of the performers. Quite impressive.

We're going to see Ka in Las Vegas on the 31st. I can't wait.

We saw "Mystere" in Vegas and I was so impressed with the whole thing I had goosebumps. I would go see them again.
