What share of your business is "take-out" from workers?
Does worker "take-out" needs filter into your menus or business
structure? I have spent half of my lunch "half-hour" waiting
for take-out, even at places I am a regular at. I understand
that rushes happen, so I am not really complaining.
Also, since I am not taking up a spot in your establishment, not using your restroom and usual ammenties or services, why is there
not a discount on "take-out.?" I know this is a stupid question, but
