Butterscotch pie/sweetened condensed milk
O'Charley's make a butterscotch pie using sweetened condensed milk that my family truly enjoys. I have no idea how they do it but I have heard that they take a can of sweetened condensed milk and but it in boiling water for a while. That seems a bit dangerous to me but I have also heard of other folks that do it.
Does anyone know the procedure?
