Are the lox made from the Sturgeon or are the sturgeon serve seperate? And are the Sturgeon flown in From N.Y.C also? I was breed, born and raised in Southwest Michigan, so if these are stupid questions, I am sorry!!

my favorite is sable...always was and always will be my favorite...must be the fat content...same way as I love eating Cabria fish or before it got so darn expensive and endangered...Chilean Sea Bass....Price Chopper Supermarkets up here in the Albany NY area opened up a deli in their Slingerlands store...went last Saturday and bought a 1/4 lb of sable...at $28 a pound...I was in heaven...
