Red Bean Ice Cream

The local Vietnamese place has it on the dessert menu. I love it. It has a rather unique flavor, a creamy smooth texture with a few crushed beans thrown in. It is nothing like red beans and rice.

I don't like beans in my ice cream...or chili.
