Found a "WOW" burger in Daleville, Alabama

Hi All!

Yesterday, I visited a joint called "The Diner" in Daleville, Alabama. It's right outside Ft Rucker. That's where the Army train all their helicopter pilots.

Anyway, this burger, called the "Chinook" burger, may not be the best, but it's close to one of the best I've ever had! Once I started eating it, I couldn't put it down! I also had to keep napkins close by as well!

It has two 1/4lb patties and cheese, lettuce, tomatoe and onions... basic burger stuff, but the kicker is the sauce they put on the bottom bun. They call it "Chinook" sauce and it has a spicy southwestern taste. It's fantastic! I had some drip on the plate and I scrapped it with my fries! I almost lost my manners and licked the plate!

I asked the manager about the sauce and he stated it's made in the restaurant, so I guess it's doesn't come in a gallon jug. I wish they would start selling it.

I'll be back for more. They also have a "world renown" breakfast burrito. I saw one pass by... it was HUGE! A lot of military eat there so its got-2-b-good! The Chinook burger was!
