Still Cookin in the 21st Century
The Culinary Archives & Museum at Johnson & Wales University has just opened an exhibit about diners that traces their style, reputation, and cuisine from the late 19th century lunch wagons through the streamlined years to the space-age 1960s to the retro-look of today.
