Each year during July Bissinger's makes one of the most extraordinary confections we've ever tasted - chocolate covered fresh raspberries. We just received our annual box and dove right into them! Dark chocolate surrounds a fresh raspberry floating in syrup. They're not inexpensive ($35/pound plus shipping) but you won't regret it.
