Ice Cream made by Universities

When I am out traveling, I love visiting college campuses. And I didn't realize until recently just how many make and sell their own ice cream. From the few I have sampled so far, the quality is quite good. Growing up in Pennsylvania, we've always known how good the Penn State Creamery is. The Cornell Dairy Bar in Ithaca has a great reputation and is reviewed on this site. Maybe the best ice cream I have ever had is on the Clemson campus in South Carolina. In the Fall, I especially love the peach which comes with big chunks of peaches in it. They have a small store in the Hendrix Student Center. http://www.clemson.edu/foodscience/icecream.htm Washington State University in Pullman also has a great little ice cream shop called Ferdinand's right on campus. Everything I have had their was delicious and very fresh. They are also famous for their cheese, with Cougar Gold being the most famous. http://www.wsu.edu/creamery/ferdinands/ferdfront.htm College football season is coming and I am hoping to go to as many games as I can. Any other schools make their own?
