Did you lose your wrapper

Below is a scan of the wrapper for a piece of candy I am trying to track down. My boss got it at a convention and asked me to track it down if possible. The candy itself is small white round piece with a licorice center. I think I have tracked it down to either an italian piece or part of Nestle. Looks either Japanese, or a wrapper developed specifically for a single purpose -- like advertising for the convention vendor, or something?

Looks like a private market item to me... (Yet something that may publicly available).. Be better if we saw the actuall candy itself.

But in any event it can be located at Dairy Fresh Candies Salem St. Boston. Buon caccia, ciao Jim
