SUPER PREMIUM ICE CREAMS Wed, 08/16/06 5:37 PM (permalink)
My favorite ice cream place was found when I was visiting my son near Plainfield, Illinois, when he was living there about 5 years ago. Oberweiss is a dairy, I believe, out of Wisconsin, using all natural ingredients. They claim to be only one of two super premium ice creams in the country. In looking at their ingredients, they definitely have one of the highest concentrations of butterfat in the ice cream on this planet,( I believe it was 18%) but to put it mildly, it is heavenly! It's just a little bit of Paradise on a waffle cone. I wish that I was there, enjoying some of that great ice cream, right now.
