I cannot imagine a burger worth $124.00. I have had steaks that I paid $50.00. Some were good and some were just OK.

This is the part that I enjoyed reading!
The bill for one burger, with garnishing that includes organic greens, exotic mushrooms and tomatoes, comes out to $124.50 with tax and an 18 percent tip included. The restaurant will donate $10 from each sale to the Make-A-Wish Foundation

      How very generous of them..................

I got to sample it at a cattle call for food writers... for the money my nether-regions better tingle. They didn't. It was still good though.

Any private pilot will tell you that a $100 hamburger is just a regular burger, served at an airport cafe. $5 for the burger, and $95 for gas to get there adds up to $100. Using term "$100 burger" that way, means that a lot of RF types have been eating $100 burgers all summer.

I will pass on these "exotic" and expensive sandwiches, hamburgers, and hot dogs. I'm sure I can grill or make them just to my taste at home. But, for those who like the idea of them and don't mind paying, go for it!

The only time I've seen a burger cost $100 is in one of the local restaurants that also takes bets on sports events - a Bookie Burger, so to speak.

Never paid that much for a hamburger...but have to admit during a client dinner in Philly we ordered a $100 cheese steak at Barclay Prime. Certainly not worth it, but we split it about six way so we could all "experience" it.

Ruby, bookie burger, hmmm, guess that could be legal? Dallas outlawed selling rabbits at one time. My pet store just rented them instead.
