What was the name of the Mexican restaurant in Muncie, Indiana a few years back that had "Fiesta Tuesday" where you get a plate of one of several different items and you raised a flag to get seconds of whatever you wanted or refills on the drinks and these awesome Sopapillas? Those were the days! I moved to TN, here the "authentic" Mexican restaurants fry up a flour tortilla, dust it with cinnamon & sugar and call it sopapilla. ICK!!
