Pancake Pantry in Nashville--the real deal and a favorite of alot of musicians--and trust those musicians KNOW their breakfasts!
Cafe DuMonde---what can i say--to eat here means YOUR IN NOLA!!! and that in itself make it wonderful!!!

The Pasty shop out behind the Bookshop Santas Cruz in Santa Cruz Ca---1st get a Latte at Santa Cruz Roastintin Company then get pastry and sit out in the patio.

that little shop on the ground level of my daughters building on Lorimar street in Brooklyn with the killer breakfasts in a roll that New Yorkers crave!
