I'm sure a lot of us like (cold) leftovers for breakfast. (Only me?) I used to love cold pizza and cold Chinese food. Anyone else?

I love pasta, especially spaghetti, for breakfast. But it has to be warmed up, though.

Nothing better then cold left over pizza or fried chicken for breakfast. But I'm starting to wonder if that combination might have led to my two heart attacks ?

This thread is right up my alley. I would never have had the nerve to tell people what I like for breakfast had this thread not been started. I like most anything cold, or slightly warmed, leftover from dinner the night before. I love tuna salad for breakfast, cold pizza, cold fried chicken, or just about anything. Can't abide cereals but do like hash browns (as in Waffle House), bacon or chicken fried steak and gravy, but most of the time I just eat whatever is left over.

Glad I'm not alone in my strange eating habits.

I enjoy a salad for breakfast on occasion, especillay during the summer months. It's a great alternative to home fries when having an omlet for breakfast. Chow Jim

pretty much anything in the fridge that I enjoyed at any other meal is game. I can't think of anything that I wouldn't eat for breakfast....but some of it needs to be reheated.

Have always called left over pizza the breakfast of champions.

I had breakfast about an hour ago. It was (heated) leftover roast beef hash made out of leftover rib roast with onions, peppers, potatoes and cream. And I can't think of anything better.

I can go for leftover BBQ ribs sometimes in the morning, but I agree that breakfast makes a good dinner. I can go for scrambled eggs, bacon and toast, especially when I fell a little off. It is great comfort food.
I think that I am going to try chicken and waffles soon. I like my fried chicken to be the bird with bones. I will make mine with boneless breasts just for ease in slicing and getting the right amount of chicken and waffle with each bite. Honey, syrup or white gravy? Which is right?

One of my college rommates used to make sure the snag a few pieces of pizza out of the box before I put it the leftovers in the fridge and set them out on the counter before bed because he liked his pizza room temperature for breakfast.

Dinner for breakfast ... traditionally after a night of carousing that would be Coney Island (chili) dogs - heavy onions (at least one a "loose", ie. loose hamburger in place of the hot dog on a coney), a bowl of chili with cheese and onions and a large order of fries.

Actually, I eat non-breakfast foods for breakfast probably about 70% of the time.

Supper for breakfast or vice versa doesn't mean a lick to me. I eat what's in my head not what's on the clock. When I tom-catted about "in the day", cold White Castles left on the counter was a breakfast staple (cold onion chips on the other hand). While biscuits, gravy, hasbrowns, goetta and eggs was a five course dinner. I love cold chicken legs in the morning because of the built-in handle for on the go. Who am I kiddin', I just love fried chicken anywhere, anyway, anytime!

Sometimes I'll make pasta with eggs, just boil some pasta, I like bowties or cavatelle and fry your eggs in olive oil and lay it on top of the pasta. I like just to salt and pepper it. My children like chives on it.

Leftover tomato sauce from whatever, is great to cook an egg in, something like Eggs in Purgatory, take a frying pan, put a good amount of olive oil, add the sauce, add some hot pepper flakes, crack an egg or two in it and cover till the egg cooks. DELICIOUS.

I don't really like 'em cold, but I do like leftover warmed pizza, chili, pasta, pad thai, chinese food, bbq, and just about any dinner type foods. But, given the choice I'd prefer a nice omelette stuffed with onions, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, etc. just about any day

I like my leftovers warmed up also but I can eat them anytime, especially for breakfast! BTW my kids favorite thing is breakfast for dinner.
