Unusual ice cream

I was in Delaware (near Kennett Square in the Brandywine Valley) a few weeks ago and ate at Buckley's Restaurant. For dessert they had sweet corn ice cream. It was great!! Had cinammon and maybe cardamon in it. It sounded weird but was really good, especially on top of a piping hot berry cobbler.
