Need the advice of all my fellow Roadfooders...I have a beautiful prime sirloin.I do not want to marinate it but do wish to tenderize it before cooking.And,what best way to cook it-fry in a pan ala Julia Child,or broil(grill is retired for the season)Any and all advice welcome as I would like this tonight!!!!!!!!!
