Can't Live On Just BBQ - 56K-

Started with a Choice Rib Eye.



Mixed up some Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Garlic Salt, and Ground Black
Pepper.



Rubbed Steak and let it sit at room temp for 45 minutes.



On to the Weber.



Looking good.



Time to rest with some Garlic Butter.



Lets eat.



Simple side salad.
