I pan-fried the chicken so I could do it with garlic.
Fried up a little bacon
Chopped some scallions, green pepper, tomatoes (No red pepper), and garlic
Threw the chicken in with a little bacon grease and margarine, added garlic toward the end
Nicely browned, added some horseradish cheddar cheese
Scallions and green pepper
Tomatoes
Ahh, time for the bacon
Rest of the cheese and into the 350-degree oven for 10 minutes
Steamed up some red potatoes, added butter, sour cream, and chives  Came out very tasty, thanks to Phish for the recipe. John
