Smoked Salmon

I ordered and received a two Lb. smoked salmon filet. Years ago we lived in the Seattle area. Now new Mexico. Our family of five will be together during Christmas. Please tell me your favorite condiments, etc to go with this beautiful filet.Plan to serve it casually around the table in the living room, television going, talking and enjoying the family.
