I am going to the Discovery Museum in Wauconda, Illinois. Is there a good breakfast place along Route 176 in Wauconda itself, Mundelein or Libertyville? This is for a friend's birthday.

There is a great place North of 176 at the corner of Milwaukee and 137 (west side of the street)called Wildberry's. They are only open for breakfast and lunch and they can get crowded especially on the weekends.

Everything on the menu is very good from eggs to salads. They have a coffee bar right in the front door so if you are stuck waiting you can get a latte to help you pass the time.
