Best place for mac and cheese

I would say the best place I've ever had Macaroni and Cheese at is Ye Old Fort Diner in Fort Edward, NY. They serve it only on Fridays and it's the house special. It's usually paired with fish in a bun but you can get anything with it,(my appetite was small today so I got a side of toast). It's creamy without being runny and the macaroni is well done but still able to hold its shape with a soft sticky mouthfeel for the dish and the taste itself is to die for. It's a blend of butter and cream and the sharp salty tang of cheddar cheese that needs no salt added to it. Finish it off with a piece of coconut custard pie and you're all set.
