Vietnamese subs ("Banh Mi")

Hey -
Is anyone here a fan of Banh Mi? One of the few positive things to come out of France's colonialization of Vietnam was this sandwich, which is basically a marriage of the French baguette, aioli, and Vietnamese meats and spices. Yum-me.
