It was both- technically just Wolfie's on NE 163rd St across from the 163rd ST shopping center and approx 14th ave.Cork's was separate and off 163d on 167th St and ~ 11th ave- 1 block west of JFK Jr High School, not far from a damn good Lums (just west of 163rd St shopping center and Richards Dept store. All fine eating spots but diiferent- Wolfies was th e traditional one with the small cheese and prune danish, muffins, squares of pound and sponge cakes and a great roll basket w/ butter and creme cheese balls (on paper pats)-all you needed was coffee. Corkys was known for their latkes served with all sandwiches.

LTB, Wolfie's and Wolfie Cohen's Rascal House were two different restaurants with the same owner. The "Wolfie's" place was on Collins Avenue at 21st Street, the Rascal House that just closed is a few miles north at 172nd Street in the Sunny Isles neighborhood.

Here is a picture of the inside of Wolfie's that was on 21st:

That was "Wolfies 21". At its height there was on Lincoln Road on the east side of Collins, this one on 21st st and Collins, the 1 on NE 163rd st and also Rascal House_this thread location.Ah the old days of real food.
