What is your favorite "Scallop" recipe ?

I just LOVE scallops and usually eat them wrapped in bacon & deep fried...then sprinkled a bit with fresh lemon  A good scallop tastes like the sea to me......yum ! Anyone like to share their favorite "Scallop" recipe?
