Here's Another Rib Eye

Using my regular method I add a little olive oil, kosher salt, garlic salt, and ground black pepper and let sit at room temp for one hour.





Get your grill as hot as it will go, the Weber gasser is past 550 degrees.





A little bacon to flare up and increase the heat.





A pat of garlic butter while resting for a few minutes





Time to eat.





Should have given the fries and onion rings a minutes or two.
