Famous Fried Chicken - Rockford IL

30-someodd years ago there used to be a restaurant in Rockford IL that I'm pretty sure was called "Famous Fried Chicken". There might've been more than 1 location, too. Does anyone remember this place or know what became of it? I have no idea if it was located solely in Rockford or was possibly a regional northern IL mini-chain.
