Those guys really know how to build a sandwich! I submit that the things they can do with a beef brisket are on the same level as any in TX. Both are the best examples of their craft.

I agree with Schwartz's. It's my favorite of the cured smoke meat sandwiches. However, this being an ode to Katz's, I must say that I miss the hell out of the whiff you get when walking in. It's more than about the meat.

Lord, I hope they don't close them, I am SO afraid after what I have been reading!!! The pastrami there can NOT be topped! Lets all get down on our knees and pray to the Meat Gods....
