I've had The Great Taco Hunt on my favorites for months, now.

I'll have to tell my friend in LA about this blog.

Those delicious looking pictures caused me to crave tacos from a local place in Clemson (actually, that's a lie, I always crave Super Taco tacos). Yesterday I stopped in and ordered a red chili taco, a green chili taco, a veggie taco, and chips and salsa. Blew my diet all to heck, even though I spread the goodness out over two meals, but totally worth it.

Uncle, that's always been the standard Garnish, along with peppers, carrots, onions to add in or eat on the side.

Radishes are a pretty standard garnish because they are a bit spicier than other vegetables, thus more appealing to a cultural palate that frequently likes spicier foods.
