Ice cream flavored gum

Does anyone remember, probably from the 70's, stick gum that came in flavors of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry ice cream? If memory serves, there was a clown on the package and it was stick gum, like Fruit Stripe, Doublemint, etc.

I remember it! There was a clown on the package and I think it was made by the Fruit Stripe people. I saw a pack of chocolate flavored Bubble Yum yesterday and thought of the old ice cream gum immediately.

Chocolate Bubble Yum, huh? I must try to find that. Sounds great. Thanks for the reply.

Just looked it up and it seems that Wriggley made/makes Fruit Stripe gum so it's probably not the same company. I was thinking something like Circus Man? Could that be?

theimaginaryworld.com/gum55.jpg Good link---thanks. I had Adam's Sour Cherry gum a few months ago (the CD/book store in my area sells it, along with Sour Apple, Clove, Beejack....) The flavor lasted about 3 minutes.

I recall that gum, I liked it. I too, found an image on the web: Sometimes yahoo is a better place to search then google. About sour apple gum, I was very excitited when I found it at the store, but it was not nearly as sour as I recall - and like someone else said - the flavor was gone almost instantly.
