 Hookers hamburgers

Around 1986-87 in Port Huron Michigan they had a 6x5 drive thru called "Hookers Hamburgers".Is anyone else familar with them? They were THE BEST burgers I have ever had! Just makes me long for 18 years ago............. Memories......... :)

      That chain was based out of Nashville. Founded by John J Hooker (who is a story unto himself) in 1984 and sold in 1986. Hooker is probably better known for his Minnie Pearl's Fried Chicken fiasco in the late 1960's...
