I have become curious about Maltese food.
Someone please describe the cuisine and tell me the imfluences on it, the similarites to and differences from Italian or North African food.
I would like to have first hand comments about favorite dishes / recipes, not the results of someone googling.
And are there churches with a concentration of members with a Maltese heiritage that have published cook books or that have Maltese dinners on feast days?
