Best breakfast burritos in Bay Area?

This food item has been discussed before [some time ago now], but scant evidence came up for the Bay Area - do any Roadfooders out there have any San Francisco/greater Bay Area recommendations for a tortilla-wrapped breakfast? As tasty as breakfast sandwiches can be, they suffer for their compromised portability (read "they're too hard or messy to eat"); ditto for breakfast tacos. So, do you have a favorite truck? Diner? Cafe? Other miscellaneous hole in the wall?

P.S. I'll confess to once having a homemade burrito of well-done tater tots, chorizo, eggs, salsa, & leftover cream gravy that left me speechless - though I did have some hand in suggesting what fridge detritus could be added to the mix....
