Ted's Montana Grill Almost Pickles

Does anyone have a recipe for the chain restaurant Ted's Montana Grill Almost Pickles? They are served complimentary as a pre-meal snack. They are cucumbers that are almost pickled but not.
I did a Google search and didn't find much out there.
