Cottage Cheese ! The best around is Knudson's ..its so nice and it's NOT that runny clabbery milky kind others sell ...I was living in the midwest and could not get it any where ...after 5 yr.s I moved back to Ca. and the first thing I wanted was Knudson cottage cheese, belive me you got to try it ..and yes I know its 4% milk fat ..but who cares ..I always have it on hand ..put some season salt on it to die for or with fruit ..umm Im gonna go get a bowl now !!
